Temecula Little League

Coaches Corner

Temecula Little League supports the initiative of our volunteers to learn as much as possible about the rules/regulations involved in Little League.

Little League International recognizes and appreciates the challenges that come with being a Little League manager or coach, so it has developed a free on-line coaching resource that Little League managers and coaches can turn to for reference, education, or to stay current with the latest drills and coaching techniques.  You can find all this information here, in the Coaches Resource Center

In addition to the online training tools available, the Little League Western Region offers onsite Clinics for a more hands on approach.

Instruction Clinics: (Class Option 1: January 23-24, 2016) (Class Option 2: February 6-7, 2016)

Completely revamped from the prior Power Point presentation model, this clinic is open to anyone who desires more knowledge of Little League rules. Attendees will participate in roundtables and discuss specific, actual game scenarios that illustrate the rules of the game. Managers, Coaches, Umpires, local league and District officials are encouraged to attend. Course includes training material, dormitory style housing and all meals. No gear necessary. The clinic begins promptly on Saturday at 8am after a 7am breakfast provided by the Region.

If interested in this training, please contact your Division Coordinator or President Jessica Ward.

Mandatory Training for all Temecula Little League Coaches:

To ensure all our Coaches/Managers are offering the best season of baseball to our players, we require each Coach to undergo a three hour rules clinic.
